THE STORY
Dynamica was created by personal experience of 40 years of use of plastics, the Commodity Polymers with Ultra, a passion for the challenges to difficult projects. Over the years we have used many polymers, from the simplest such as -the Commodity PP, ABS, PE … to the most complex – the Polymer Engineering PC, POM, PA … and sophisticated – the High Performance and Ultra Polymers PA 4.6 , PPS, PARA, PAI …
Our first experience is dated 1975, when a major company operating in the industrial lighting sector we entrusted the task of creating plastic, a connection box manufactured in metal. That was our first use of an Engineering Polymer: PPO.
Then it was the turn of the PARA, a High Performance Polymer, applied for a project to replace metal in a gear in the watch industry.
In the following years, we have used for the activity of Metal Replacement, many Engineering and High Performance Polymers, PA6650FV, TPE-E, PPS, PSU, PARA, PVDF in different application areas: Mechanical, Nautical, lighting, Hydraulic, Agricultural.
INTEGRATED SERVICE
Today, through Dynamica, we evaluate with you the possibility to create your own component of the Metal Replacement, through a feasibility analysis, followed by any evidence and / or tests carried out in collaboration with institutions of study and research private and / or state. Then we take care of its production in series with a single purpose:
